Purpose: 

In this task you’ll learn more about your peers, reflect on your own personal leadership experiences and share valuable insights with your peers, discovering the diverse perspectives on leadership within the group. 

Task: 

  1. Think about your most memorable experience of leadership so far in your life. This might be a leader you have worked with, a leader you admire, or your own experience of being a leader. 
  2. Reflect on what you have learned from this experience and how it has shaped your views on leadership.  
  3. In the forum, introduce yourself to the group and tell us about your leadership memory and your insight. Include pictures if you wish.  

Respond: 

  1. Read the responses from a sample of your peers. 
  2. Choose three students whose memory resonates with you and ask at least one question or offer your perspectives on the insights shared.
