Welcome to the Topic 4 concluding seminar. If you can’t attend at the scheduled time, submit your questions in advance in the Module leader forum. The module leader will ensure they answer the questions during the session. The seminar will be recorded and you can watch it back at any time.   

To prepare for the seminar:  

  • Complete 4.13 Activity: Discuss the challenges of attribution of extreme weather events to climate change by:  
    • discussing the challenges of attribution of extreme weather events to climate change. Reflect on the main points in the discussion forum and make notes of possibilities for addressing the limitations of attribution.  
  • Complete 4.14 Activity: What are the impacts of climate change on different social groups? by:  
    • investigate and reflecting on which societal groups are most affected by changing weather and environmental hazards. Remember to share a link to your blog post in the discussion forum. 
    • providing a short review one of your peers’ posts in the discussion forum.  
  • Make notes on any questions you have on the assessment.
