• Use examples and illustrations to help learners understand the concept

Activities

• Explain the key activities that the learners will experience in the module. 
• Include activities that allow learners to practice and apply what they have learned.

Assessment

• Explain how learners will be assessed for this module (e.g. quiz, short essay, or other type of activity).
• Explain how will they receive feedback for this module. 

• Summarise the key points.
  
• Finish by highlighting what will be coming up in their first lecture.
